HILLHEAD Jordanhill Rugby Club have been awarded a £1,000 grant as part of the Royal Bank RugbyForce programme.
The West End club will benefit from the grant which will help to update facilities and implement Covid regulation.
Members of the Hillhead Jordanhill Rugby Club will also have a chance to virtually meet stars of the sport after becoming a 'Star Club' in the process.
Malcolm Buchanan, Chairman of Royal Bank of Scotland, Scotland Board, said: “The sheer determination of grassroots clubs, even in the most testing times, demonstrates their resilience, passion for the sport and the communities they serve.
“Royal Bank of Scotland has a longstanding commitment to rugby in Scotland. Over the 12 years which Royal Bank RugbyForce has been running, we have witnessed first-hand the huge difference the programme has made to clubs, their members and the communities in which they play.”
