A WOMAN is in hospital with serious injuries after a hit and run.
The 35-year-old woman was struck by the car in Priesthill yesterday evening.
She was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment to serious injuries.
Police have launched a hunt for the vehicle and its occupants and say they are following a number of lines of enquiries.

A police spokeswoman said: "At around 4.05pm on Thursday, November 26, 2020, officers were called to Priesthill Road, Glasgow, after a 35-year-old woman was struck by a car.
"The car failed to stop and enquiries are ongoing to trace both the vehicle and its occupants. The woman was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital with serious injuries.
"Officers are following a number of lines of enquiry at this time."
