A MAN is accused of sexually assaulting a sleeping 14-year-old girl.
Dylan Geraghty, 27, allegedly attacked the girl at a property in Glasgow in July this year.
Prosecutors state Geraghty entered her bedroom whilst he was naked before sitting on top of the bed.
It is there he is alleged to have committed the assault “all whilst the was asleep and unable to consent.”
Geraghty faces a further charge of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at the property on a later date in July.
It is claimed that he entered the flat without permission and repeatedly punched walls there.
Geraghty pleaded not guilty yesterday at Glasgow Sheriff Court to both charges.
A trial was set for January next year by Sheriff Martin Jones QC who continued Geraghty’s remand in custody meantime.
