Glasgow will be the focal point of a Channel 4 show exploring the history of Britain's cities.
Professor Alice Roberts will give a unique insight into Glasgow's "age of steam" in tonight's episode of Britain Most Historic Towns.
The episode will air at 7.30pm tonight and will cover a range of topics including football at Celtic Park, lethal diseases and industrial injury to genteel tea rooms.
