A fight between two men on Buccleuch Street saw cops called to Garnethill on Christmas Day.
Reports of the disturbance were made on Friday afternoon.
Nobody was injured in the incident.
Police have launched an investigation into the altercation and are appealing for witnesses to contact 101.

A spokesman for the force said: "We were made aware of a disturbance involving two men involved in an altercation on Buccleuch Street in Glasgow around 1.45pm on Friday, 25 December.
"Nobody was injured and enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
"Anyone who witnessed the incident or who has any other information can call 101, quoting incident 1228 of 25 December."
