Two thugs robbed a store at knife-point in Barrhead this morning.
The men targeted the Premier Store on Cross Arthurlie Street around 9.25am and threatened the 25-year-old worker.
Both suspects are described as being white, in their early 30s, approximately 5ft 10ins in height.
One was wearing a blue jacket with white zip, black under armour trousers and grey Air max trainers.
The second was wearing a blue jumper with black hood, black adidas jogging bottoms with white stripes down both legs and black Nike trainers.
Constable Kirstie Black from Police Scotland said: “This has been a terrifying ordeal for the man involved.
"We are keen to hear from anyone who has any information or any dash cam footage from the area at the time, to contact us via 101 quoting incident number 1007 of January 3, 2021, or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
