An ongoing police incident in Motherwell has sparked train delays into the city.
National Rail has warned commuters to expect the service to be disrupted until 11.15am this morning.
Following the police dealing with an incident in the #Motherwell area, trains between Glasgow Central and Carstairs are returning to normal. Trains may be delayed until approximately 09:30.

A statement reads: "The police are dealing with an incident in the Motherwell area, resulting in disruption to trains between Glasgow Central and Carstairs.
"Trains may be delayed or cancelled until approximately 11:15."
The nature of the incident is currently unknown.
A British Transport Police spokesman said: "British Transport Police were called to the line near Motherwell at 8.19am this morning following concerns for the welfare of a man.
"Officers attended, and the man was taken to a place of safety."
