A MAN is accused of launching repeated attacks on the City of Glasgow College computer networks.
Jason Gillan, 19, allegedly carried out a denial of service (DOS) attack between April 25 and May 13 2019.
Prosecutors state Gillan committed an unauthorised act in relation to a computer.

It is stated that he intended to or was reckless as to whether it would enable you to prevent to hinder access to any data held in said computer.
Gillan faces a second charge of making and offering to supply a website named www.hypnoticgenerator.com at the college between February 28 and May 24 2019.
Allegations state Gillan intended the website to be used to commit or assist in the commission of an offence.

Gillan, of the city’s Easterhouse, pleaded not guilty to the two charges at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
A trial was set for the end of the month.
