Charlie Nicholas has never lived down his attempt at 'banter' with Soccer Saturday host Jeff Stelling.
The former Celtic striker was told to go to Specsavers after misjudging an offside call but had to hit back, quipping: "Well maybe you should go also then, Jeff, because you couldn't see driving home the other night because you don't even wear your glasses on TV incase you get slagged off, so you just stick to Specsavers and I'll do the game."

The clip has gone down in Sky Sports history but now ex-Rangers hitman Kris Boyd has attempted to dethrone Nicholas with his own cringey patter while describing a moment during Brighton's away win over Leeds United earlier today.
Discussing the game, Boyd said: "His feet were magic. His dance moves were like yours back in the 1960s when you were out partying Jeff, magnificent skills on the wing."
Fans on social media pointed out Boyd's efforts, with one sharing the clip saying: "See they've managed to replace Charlie Nicholas on Sky Sports for some awful Scottish Da patter."
It racked up hundreds of likes and you can watch both Boyd and Nicholas's clips above.
