Odsonne Edouard celebrated his birthday in style with Celtic-themed cupcakes.

The Hoops striker turned 23-years-old yesterday and shared photos on his Instagram of fellow pros and pals wishing him many happy returns on his big day.

The Frenchman was also quick to thank bespoke bakery Paige Bakes on social media after the creators made 'Happy Bday Odsonne' cakes and icing with the player's number 22 and Celtic crests. And he wrote: "Thanks," with a love-eye emoji.

Glasgow Times:

Edouard was among 14 players to miss Saturday's draw with Livingston after being told to self-isolate following the club's Dubai trip. His teammate, Christopher Jullien, tested positive for Covid-19 and he and others were deemed close contacts of the central defender.

The former PSG hitman, who joined the club for £9million, has been interesting the likes of Arsenal, Leicester City and Aston Villa in recent months.
