Christopher Jullien insists he's feeling 'much better' after returning a positive Covid-19 test last week.

The defender was struck down with the virus after the club's trip to Dubai and was forced to self-isolate. He has been nursing a knee injury but the pandemic has also taken its toll.

Glasgow Times:

Jullien told his followers on social media that he appreciates the words of encouragement and support. And he promised he'd be back to full health soon.

He wrote on Instagram: "Thank you everybody for all the well wishes. I'm feeling much better. Take care of yourself and your families."

Celtic have been blasted by the pandemic this week and have had to make do without 13 first-team players who were deemed close contacts of Jullien's.

These stars self-isolated and missed two draws against Hibs and Livingston respectively.
