OLD Firm rivals Ally McCoist and Simon Donnelly are on a mission to raise funds for motor neurone disease research - and have invited fans to join them.
The pair will pledge cash for every mile walked, ran, or cycled this weekend with all proceeds going towards DoddieAid.
Launched by Scots rugby legend Doddie Weir, who is battling the illness, the January activity challenge bids to get people together in virtual "hubs" across the country to coin in cash for MND research.
Rangers legend McCoist and former Celtic player Donnelly have called on Old Firm supporters to take part, saying the cause is "close to their hearts".

Sharing an update on social media alongside a picture of late-Gers star Fernando Ricksen, who passed away in 2019 following a battle with MND, and of Weir, McCoist wrote: "Guys - we need your help! 'We' being me and my good pal Simon Donnelly.
"We're coming together in support of #DoddieAID and want to invite you to join our Glasgow team and help raise £s for MND research, which is something we are both passionate about for reasons close to our hearts.
"This weekend we are calling on Rangers and Celtic fans, and supporters of other Glasgow clubs, to devote your cycling, running or walking miles to @doddiegump (DoddieGump) and make a donation if you can: whether that's 10p or £1 per mile, or £5 or £10, any donation will make a big difference.
"Let's make a difference together and show the positive power of football."
