A PERSON has been taken to hospital following a crash on the M8 near Glasgow Airport this morning.
The crash, which took place at around 7am this morning between Junction 28 and 27 Eastbound, involved one vehicle and cause traffic delays to morning commuters.
Police Scotland confirmed that the crash had been reported to them, with vehicle recovery and an ambulance also in attendance.

One person has since been taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley.
A spokeman for the Scottish Ambulance Service said: “We received a call at 7:19am to attend an incident on the M8 between junction 28 and 27. An A&E crew were dispatched to the scene and one patient was taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley.”
Their condition is currently unknown.
