Sly thieves are targeting cars that are being left unattended while defrosting in Glasgow.
Glasgow City Centre and Glasgow North West Police divisions have issued warnings to locals after a number of cars were stolen at the weekend.
Two vehicles were taken in the North of the city alone while officers are currently working to trace those responsible.

On frosty mornings it might be tempting to leave your vehicle unattended with the engine running. Don't leave your car unattended with keys in it as opportunist thieves could steal it.

It comes as the Met Office issued another yellow weather warning for snow and ice, expected to last until 11am this morning.
Police Scotland Tweeted: "On frosty mornings it might be tempting to leave your vehicle unattended with the engine running.
