A TASER was discharged by police during a disturbance within a home in Clydebank in the early hours of this morning.
Police attended at Orbiston Place at around 4.25am.
A 34-year-old man was arrested and charged and is expected to appear in court on Wednesday.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "At around 4.25am on Tuesday, February 9, police attended a report of a disturbance within a house in Orbiston Place, Clydebank.

"A 34-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the incident. He is expected to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Wednesday, February 10.
“A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
"A taser was discharged during the course of this incident.
“As with any taser deployment, a report will be submitted to the Police Investigations and Review Commissioner (PIRC)."
