Traffic queues after crash on main South Side road near Hampden Park
A MAIN South Side road is partially closed following a road crash.
Police were called to the scene at Aikenhead Road around 11.20am today after a single vehicle appeared to hit a traffic island.
Onlookers said the a woman was seen being escorted by officers to nearby Cathcart Police Office.
An ambulance was later seen parked outside the station.

Council bosses released a traffic warning to drivers.
It says Aikenhead Road is closed northbound at Prospecthill Road and will stay closed while police recover the crashed vehicle.
It is not known how long the recovery will take.
Police Scotland has been contacted for details.
