A FLOOD alert has been issued for Greater Glasgow with heavy rain expected in parts of Scotland tomorrow.
Forecasters say the city could be caught up in showers which are due to hit the likes of Dunbartonshire and Inverclyde on Friday.
Bosses at the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) have put in place a flood alert for West Central Scotland, which includes Glasgow, East Kilbride, and Airdrie.

It comes amid a yellow warning from the Met Office for heavy rain in areas across Central Scotland from 6am tomorrow until Sunday.
SEPA chiefs said: "Heavy rain is forecast to affect the area on Friday. This will bring a risk of flooding to individual properties, low lying land and roads from rivers and surface water.
"Further rainfall on Saturday will give a continuing risk.
