Teenager seriously sexually assaulted in Glasgow Park as probe launched
A teenager was raped in a Glasgow park in the early hours of Friday.
Officers have launched an investigation after an 18-year-old woman was attacked in Festival Park.
Enquiries are still at an early stage.
A spokeswoman for the force said: "Police are carrying out enquiries in the Festival Park area, Pacific Quay, Glasgow following a report of a serious sexual assault on an 18-year-old woman on Friday, 19 February, 2021 around 1.30 am.
“Enquiries are at a very early stage and ongoing to establish the exact circumstances surrounding the incident.”
