Glasgow's High Street mural is top hit on Instagram
GLASGOW’s St Mungo's Mural was a hit during lockdown - becoming the sixth most Instagrammed street mural in the UK.
The High Street work is a part of the city’s mural trail.
Glasgow was also named the sixth "Most Instagrammed Street Art City" in the UK with 23,075 hashtags according to research by I Want Wallpaper.
It follows London, Bristol, Manchester, Sheffield and Birmingham.
However, Glasgow's most mentioned street artist was not the Smug who is behind the St Mungo mural.
Artist Panda (@ohpandah) took the top spot in Glasgow, who is being the "big heids" across the streets of Glasgow.
