A road in Lanarkshire has been shut down due to an ongoing "major police incident".
Cadzow Street, at its junction with Leechlee Road and Lower Auchingramont Road, has been cordoned off by police.
A diversion has currently been put in place for oncoming traffic.

A statement from South Lanarkshire Council reads: "Emergency closure: Cadzow Street, Hamilton is closed from its junction with Leechlee Road to Lower Auchingramont Road due to a major police incident.
"A diversion is being put in place via east along Cadzow Street, Keith Street, Palace Grounds Road and Muir Street."
UPDATE: Police Scotland revealed the incident was related to a medical issue.
