POLICE caught a group flouting lockdown rules for a kickabout.
The players were dispersed by officers at pitches in Blackhall Street in Paisley on Saturday.
No fines were issued to the group who had gathered in defiance of strict lockdown rules banning outdoor group sports in a bid to stop coronavirus infections.

A police spokesman said: "We received reports of groups playing football at pitches on Blackhall Street, Paisley, on Saturday, February 20.
"Officers attended, advice was given and those involved dispersed.
"Officers will continue to engage with the public, explain the legislation, encourage compliance and use enforcement as a last resort."
