A SECOND MAN has been arrested in connection with an alleged murder of a "hard-working family man" on an Easterhouse street. 

Kamil Charyszyn, a father-of-two and stepdad of one, is alleged to have been stabbed to death on Conisborough Road last month.

Detectives have confirmed that they have made a second arrest in connection with the alleged incident.

We previously told how a 22-year-old had been arrested last week.

And now officers have arrested another man, aged 20.

A report is due to be sent to the procurator fiscal.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: "Police Scotland can confirm that a 20-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of Kamil Charyszyan in Easterhouse, Glasgow.

"Mr Charyszyan, aged 35, was found dead following an altercation on Conisborough Road at 10.05pm on Sunday, March 21.

"Inquiries are continuing to establish the full circumstances and anyone with any information should contact the inquiry team through 101, quoting reference number 4803 of Sunday, March 21, 2021 or make a call anonymously to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
