RENFREWSHIRE residents are set for a change in the way grass cutting is carried out.
Bosses at Renfrewshire Council have brought in new plans to concentrate their resources into one area each day starting on Monday April 5.
The local authority hopes this will see grass cutting in areas such as open spaces, school playing fields, parks and council housing increase and become more frequent.
Ken Gray, Renfrewshire Council’s StreetScene Manager, said: “This will ensure that we focus all our resources correctly and have a fully coordinated grass cutting service for our residents.”
