A MAN was left so distraught with his disastrous haircut that he called on Nicola Sturgeon to close barbers again.
A picture of Thomas Haggarty's new barnet went viral online today as hairdressers reopened in line with the relaxation of lockdown rules across Scotland.

The 19-year-old, from Paisley, said: "I've been going there for six years, so I don't really know what happened. It might just be the time off with lockdown.

"She held up the mirror and I said: Aye, that's perfect, cheers. I gave over the money and just got out of there."
But when he got home, he tweeted a picture of his ruined mop with the caption: "Four months I've been waiting for a haircut. Only to be hit with this.

Social media users were in stitches and the post has been shared more than 3000 times and has been liked 46,000 times.
