Ianis Hagi has featured in a TV advert for Lay's chips alongside Lionel Messi and Paul Pogba.

The Rangers ace stars with Barcelona's superstar for the second time after also showing up in a recent Pepsi commercial with the Argentine.

The short clip shows Hagi chomping down on the crisps to advertise the new upcoming Champions League season, according to Business Review, as Gers will take part in qualifiers after winning the Scottish Premiership.

Hagi appears in the Romanian version of the ad after filming in Glasgow despite the production crew setting up in his home country. But that didn't stop him having fun with it and he said: "It was a very interesting shooting given the fact that the coordinating team was in Romania and I was in Glasgow, at 3.000 km distance.

"But it was fun, and it is a pleasure to collaborate with Lay’s. I am happy to be part of this campaign and I hope the fans will appreciate the messages. I can just encourage you to stay close to my social media pages because, together with Lay’s, I have prepared a lot of surprises for you."

We told recently how Hagi and Messi partnered up for the Pepsi ad.

Hagi, 22, has had a fine season at Ibrox this term having already sealed the domestic title. He has played 46 games and scored eight times in all competitions.
