CONCERNS are mounting for a missing man who was last seen at his place of work in the Gorbals.
Detectives are worried for Steven Clark's welfare after he disappeared at 7.15pm yesterday evening.
It is believed the 45-year-old is believed to have travelled to Renfrewshire or Ayrshire.
He is described as a white man, around 5ft 7in tall with short brown hair and green eyes.
When he was last seen, he was wearing navy blue cargo trousers, a navy blue jumper and polo shirt with a ‘city’ logo, black work boots and may have been wearing a grey hat and high vis vest.
Sergeant Stewart Masson, of Police Scotland’s Lanarkshire Police Division, said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for Stephen’s welfare and are asking for assistance to help trace him safe and well.
“He may have travelled to the Renfrewshire or Ayrshire areas later in the evening and we would ask anyone who may have noticed someone matching this description to get in touch with officers.
“Anyone with any information is asked to contact police by calling 101 and quoting incident number 3202 of Tuesday, 6 April, 2021.”
