HUNDREDS of residents who took part in a testing blitz were thanked for the "good turnout".
A drop-in Covid testing centre was set up in St Ninian's Church Hall in Ferguslie Park for residents and people who work in the area who were not showing Covid symptoms.
The centre opened for a week starting on Wednesday, March 24 and tested 327 people - around eight per cent of the local population - using lateral flow tests.

Only two people tested positive for the virus but locals were thanked for taking part.
Chris Dalrymple, Renfrewshire council's chief environmental health officer, said: "It was great to see a good turnout which compares well to other sites in other areas of the country.
“Not everyone who has Covid-19 shows symptoms and the fact the testing identified people who could have been passing it on to those around them without knowing made it worthwhile.
“Thank you again for helping protect your loved ones and your community.”
