A GUN has been discovered in the grounds of a derelict pub in Springburn.
The firearm was found near the Talisman on Balgrayhill Road at around 3.40pm on Thursday.
It comes after we exclusively revealed police had locked down the area after finding a "suspicious item".

A Police Scotland spokesman said: “We can confirm that a firearm was found in a derelict building on Balgrayhill Road, Glasgow, around 3.40pm on Thursday, April 8
“It was safely recovered and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
The Talisman pub has lain empty for over two decades but an agreement for it finally be demolished was reached earlier this year.
