A MAN has been arrested and two women fined after an early-morning rammy in a high rise block.
Three police vehicles were spotted at the base of tower blocks in Castlebay Drive at around 3.30am today.
A 29-year-old man was cuffed in connection with a reported disturbance.

Two women were slapped with fines for breach of the peace.
A police spokeswoman said: "Officers were called to a report of a disturbance at a property on Castlebay Drive, Glasgow, around 3.30am on Friday, April 16.
"A 29-year-old man was arrested in connection and two women were issued with fixed penalty notices for breach of the peace."
