A man has died after a car burst into flames in Thornliebank this morning.
Emergency services were called to Kilmuir Drive to reports of a car on fire.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service extinguished the fire, but a man who was inside the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
An investigation has been launched into the blaze.
Officers remain at the scene.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Officers were called to a car on fire in the Kilmuir Drive area of Glasgow at around 11.10am on Saturday, 17 April, 2021. Emergency services attended and the fire was extinguished.
"One man, who was within the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene.
"Police enquiries are ongoing and officers remain at the scene."
