LARGE crowds of youngsters have once again been cleared out from Kelvingrove Park.

Crowds of people flocked to the West End park this sunny weekend.

However, cops have been seen approaching large crowds and moving them on from the park.

They have also been seen confiscating alcohol and pouring it out on the ground.

Glasgow Times:

One person, who preferred to remain unnamed, told the Glasgow Times: "Officers approached underage drinkers and took away their drink.

"One cop was pouring out a can of Dragon Soop on the ground."

Smaller groups of people were left to enjoy the warm weather, with cops only approaching larger crowds.

We previously reported cops and Glasgow City Council have launched a crackdown on alcohol misuse in the park.

Officers have been patrolling the park as part of the changes to curb anti-social behaviour.
