The soft launch will see the premiere of a film entitle LUNA and a bi-annual publication for the gallery featuring essays from a number of artists.
LUNA showcases videos of wild amphibians and reptiles as it explores the effect of the full moon on nature.
The video is produced by a UK based artist 'Anti-cool' who hails from Japan.
The site will be up and running from April 29 at cca-annex.net.
