A MAN who allegedly attempted to steal a bicycle with bolt cutters has been charged.
Officers from Glasgow's City Centre Police Division arrested the 42-year-old man along George Street.
The force are reminding locals to lock and secure bikes in a safe location.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "On April 21 at George St, Glasgow, a 42-year-old male was charged for being in possession of bolt cutters whilst attempting to steal a pedal bike.
"Remember to lock and secure your bike in a safe location."
