A MAN breached his bail order to stay away from his ex-partner’s home in order to pick-up clothes.
James McGuigan was granted bail on November 11, last year, on the condition he would steer clear of his ex’s property on Pettigrew Street.
However, depute fiscal Jessica McGowan told Glasgow Sheriff Court he turned up at the address just hours later.

The 40-year-old’s defence agent said he spent a week in custody following the incident.
The defence agent said: “It seems his life has gone down hill since losing his job in March of last year as a head check just about the time of lockdown.”
McGuigan was placed on a restriction of liberty order as an alternative to custody and must remain at his Ardgay Place home between 7am to 7pm.
