Man due in court over 'armed robbery attempt' in Rutherglen
A MAN is due in court after an alleged armed robbery bid near Glasgow.
He was arrested and charged with the attempted heist and will appear in the dock at Glasgow Sheriff Court tomorrow.

The incident took place at a premises in Main Street, Rutherglen at around 10am on Monday, April 26.
The public and media were thanked for sharing police appeals for information on the incident by Detective Sergeant Craig MacKenzie of Cambuslang CID.
