MURDER cops who are hunting a killer are stepping up their investigations one week on from a Drumchapel man's death.

Craig Shaw was found dead at his home on Jeworth Road on Thursday evening after emergency services received a phone call of concern for the 45-year-old.

In their attempt to understand the full circumstances surrounding his death, detectives will return to the scene between 7pm and 8pm to speak to members of the public.

Glasgow Times:

Plain-clothed and uniformed officers will be speaking to locals in the area to jog their memories in their bid to retrieve further information about the murder.

Detective Chief Inspector Cameron Miller said: “This evening we will be out speaking to people in the Jedworth Road area and will be speaking to pedestrians and motorists who perhaps travel through this area on a regular basis around this particular time.

"We hope we can jog their memories into remembering something they may have seen or heard which could assist our investigation."
