ROGUE lumberjacks have been cutting down trees at a beauty spot illegally.
Police believe the chancers are felling trunks in the hopes of making a mountain bike trail in the Gleniffer Braes.
They struck at Sergeant Law Road near to its junction with Gleniffer Road.

The land is owned by Renfrewshire council and it is an offence to interfere with the well-known beauty spot, police warned.
A statement released by Renfrewshire and Inverclyde Police Division read: "The persons responsible will subject to prosecution."
