COMEDIAN Kevin Bridge and his wife Kerry are expecting their first child together. 

The Scottish Sun reports that the 34-year-old is due to become a dad later this year. 

A spokesman for the funnyman, originally from Clydebank, confirmed the news to the newspaper. 

The spokesman said: "We can confirm Kevin and Kerry are expecting a child this year.”

A source also revealed to the newspaper that the couple is said to be 'absolutely delighted' with the news. 

The source said: "They are absolutely delighted and are both looking forward to parenthood.

“It’s wonderful news. They have shared it amongst close friends and family but are keeping it all very private.”

Kevin and Kerry got engaged in June 2018 after several years of dating.

The pair, who live in the city's West End, married an intimate ceremony at St Peter's Catholic Church in Partick in 2019. 

They later held their reception at The Cruin on the banks of Loch Lomond.
