A BRUTAL attack sent a man to hospital with head injuries in the early hours of the morning.
The man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital following the assault.

Police were called to an industrial estate in Kinning Park beside the M8 at around 1.15am today.
An investigation is underway into the attack.

A police spokeswoman said: "We were called around 1.15am on Sunday, May 2, to a report of an assault in the Cornwall Street South area of Glasgow.
“One man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth II hospital for treatment to a head injury.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
