A MAN was arrested for allegedly wasting police time following a report of an attempted break-in.
Cops were alerted to the "attempted raid" in Leven Street, Pollokshields, last night.
A 38-year-old man was then arrested in connection with wasting police time.

It is not clear if any crime was committed and it is not thought the man was not charged.
Police were unable to provide further detail but a spokeswoman for the force said: "Police were called around 9.20pm on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 following the report of an attempted break-in to a property on Leven Street, Glasgow.
"Officers attended and a 38-year-old man was arrested in connection with wasting police time."
