A MAN did not attempt to engage with children in Maryhill, Police Scotland have confirmed.
The force responded to reports of a man "possibly" approaching children along Collina Street yesterday evening.
Inquiries were carried out and it was established that the man did not make contact with the youths.

The incident is being treated as a misunderstanding.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "We received a report relating to a man possibly having approached children at Collina Street in Glasgow shortly after 5pm on Sunday, May 9.
"Inquiries were carried out and it was established the man did not speak to or make any other attempt to engage with the children and this is believed to have been a result of a misunderstanding.
"Appropriate advice has been offered by officers."
