PEDESTRIANS are being warned ahead of planned works which will see a popular footbrige out of commission.
Work to the Tradeston Footbridge is due to begin on Monday May, 17.
It is expected to be closed for a total of eight weeks, with it reopening on Friday July, 2.
Glagsow City Council have confirmed that diversions in place will be local and will be signposted to pedestrians.
