CALLOUS thieves stole a keyworker's car from outside his family home. 

Linda Crosbie and her roadworker husband's white Ford S-Max was pinched at around 10.40pm yesterday from their house in Montford Avenue, Kings Park.

The 35-year-old, who owns the personalised gifts and clothing shop Mammymadeit, described the car as her family's "lifeline". 

The couple has three young children and one teenager and her husband relies on the motor to get to his essential job.

She said: "I can't believe it. I just don't understand why they would steal our car."

The stolen vehicle is customised with an advert for Linda's business on the rear window.

CCTV from a neighbour, seen by Linda, appears to show the thieves driving off in the direction of Castlemilk Road. 

She reported it stolen this morning to the police. 

Police Scotland was approached for comment.
