TICKETS for the Euro 2020 fan zone at Glasgow Green will be released for a second time tomorrow.

Following an "operational error", hundreds of the free tickets that were previously booked have since been cancelled, due to them going on sale before the time stated.

They were due to be released at 10am on May 25, but fans reported the tickets being sold out before 10am.

All tickets booked prior to 10am on May 25 have been cancelled and will be put back on the ticketing platform at 10am on Tuesday, June 1.

Meanwhile, the tickets booked after 10am are being honoured.

We previously reported that Glasgow Euro 2020 fan zone organisers admitted the "error".

It said Glasgow Life, which runs leisure facilities for Glasgow City Council, "unreservedly apologises for the disappoitnment caused to fans who waited until the advertised launch time and subsequently missed out."
