Glasgow MSPs have been given jobs in Anas Sarwar’s Labour front bench team.

The party’s three other city MSPs all have roles in the team which Sarwar is calling Labour’s National Recovery Team.

As well as Sarwar as the leader, Pauline McNeill has been given responsibility for justice.

New MSPs Pam Duncan-Glancy and Paul Sweeney also get posts.

Duncan-Glancy is spokesperson for social justice and social security, while Sweeney take on employment and public finance, working under finance and economy spokesman Daniel Johnson.

Other main top front bench posts include deputy leader, Jackie Baillie, who is spokesperson for health.

Claire Baker is spokesperson for  drugs policy, Neil Bibby takes transport and Monica Lennon has responsibility for Net Zero, Energy and Transport.

Michael Marra is spokesman for education, and Mark Griffin take on housing and local government
