Glasgow is set to enjoy a mini heatwave as temperatures reach the twenties today.
The Met Office reports that by mid-afternoon the mercury will begin to climb from 20-23 degrees.
Those heading outdoors to enjoy the heat are reminded to bring sun protection as UV rays will be high.
With plenty of strong #sunshine today, #UV levels will be High or Very High for many areas, so remember to stay protected in the sun

The best of the weather is expected to be between 2pm-5pm.
Unfortunately, this warm spell will not move into next week as the forecast for Monday is sunny changing to light showers with the rest of the week looking cloudy.
