A TEENAGE girl was sexually assaulted in a field outside Glasgow, sparking a police probe.
An emergency call was made to police who rushed to the scene at Glen Doll Road, Neilston last night at around 9pm.

Police said enquiries were at an early stage and urged anyone with information to come forward.
Detective Inspector Peter Crombie said: "Officers are investigating a report that a teenage girl was the victim of a sexual offence on land off Glen Doll Road in the Neilston area.

"The incident was reported around 9pm on Wednesday, June 16.
"Enquiries are at an early stage and ongoing.
"Anyone who may have information can call 101, quoting incident 3393 of June 16."
