Somethings just go together... peanut butter and jam, fish and chips, sausages and cider.

Yes you read that right, the Briggait are hosting a Sausage and Cider Festival on August 28 to 29 this summer.

The weekend long celebration of the unlikely gastronomic duo promises “a huge variety of delicious sausages and unique craft ciders and beers ” as well as an impressive line-up of live music ranging from tribute bands to DJ sets - sure to get you in the party spirit.

If beers and brats’ alone aren’t enough to tempt you to the festival organisers said: “This really is an event for everyone with other drink options available for you non-cider drinkers, such as a gin bar, prosecco bar and soft drinks."
