The Scottish Government have confirmed that 1,209 people in the last 24 hours have tested positive for Covid-19.
This is an increase from yesterday's figure of 950 new cases of Covid-19.
A further 28,809 new tests for Covid-19 were conducted that reported results. Of these 4.5% were positive, an increase of 1% from yesterday's 3.5%.
In the last 24 hours 2 new deaths were reported.

There are 128 people in hospital in the last 24 hours with recently confirmed Covid-19.
Scottish vaccination figures now stand at 3,611,266 people having received their first dose of a covid vaccine and 2,555,308 people having received their second dose.
These figures come as we reported that First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon confirmed the Scottish Government is likely to postpone the move to Level 0 of coronavirus restrictions on June 28, for three weeks.
The First Minister said caution is needed to provide extra time to push ahead with vaccinations.
