TWO schools in Glasgow were evacuated today following hoax bomb threats.
Staff at Cadder Primary and Scotstoun Primary School took swift action after receiving threatening phone calls.
It's understood police attended both schools and stayed on the premises for a number of hours.

A Glasgow City Council spokeswoman said: “Two of our schools have received hoax calls this afternoon.
“Police have been in attendance and praised staff for their swift actions and who followed the correct procedures to ensure the safety of their children and staff and parents have been alerted.”

A Police Scotland spokesman confirmed officers had attended both schools and conducted a search of the premises.
He added that enquiries are now ongoing into the origin of the calls.
